Description
FALKEN TIRE, a Sumitomo Rubber Industries brand, was launched in its native country of Japan in 1983 and introduced to the North American market two years later. At its inception, Falken was created as the flagship high performance radial brand under Ohtsu Tire and Rubber. Now, more than two and a half decades later, Falken has become a well-known, stand-alone brand that focuses on UHP (Ultra High Performance) products while utilizing professional motorsports to further develop and improve products for worldwide distribution. Falken Tires manufactures high-quality, high-value products for nearly every vehicle on the road today. The AKLIMATE comes with a 65,000-mile Limited Tread Life Warranty and is backed by Road Hazard Protection. Plus, the AKLIMATE earned USTMA’s Three Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol after meeting the industry’s snow traction performance requirements. The Aklimate features a specially developed all-season compound molded into an asymmetric tread pattern to provide optimal traction in a myriad of conditions. Large shoulder blocks generate sure-footed dry cornering, with lateral notches to evacuate water when the situation calls for dynamic handling. The Aklimate is Falken’s Grand Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of coupes, sedans, minivans, crossovers, and SUVs looking for confident performance in any season. Conceived as a one-tire solution for environments that experience all four seasons but don’t receive enough snow or ice to need a dedicated winter tire. Falken offers a 65,000-mile treadwear warranty. 65,000 Mileage Warranty Tire Size: 225/70R16
