Description
The Affinity AS is a Firestone-brand all-season touring tire designed for mainstream sedans and minivans, offering a balance of confident handling, a quiet ride, and long wear. It features a tread compound to resist uneven wear, noise-silencing grooves for a comfortable experience, and diagonal and lateral sipes to improve wet-weather traction. Firestone offers a 70,000 mile tread wear warranty with this model. The Affinity Touring was manufactured with the L. L. Carbon compound as well. This creates a long link throughout the tire on a molecular level that strengthens the tread area. In this manner, the tire becomes resistant to cracking and tearing and it slows the tread wear rate down.
- A highly trusted brand, Firestone Tires has a full range of long-lasting all-season tires, performance tires, SUV tires, LT tires and winter tires. Firestone Tires are a part of automotive history. From their humble beginnings in 1900 to a brand recognized around the world today, Firestone gained notoriety due to years of work with Ford and other OE manufacturers, imaginative advertising campaigns, reliable products and a winning record on the racetrack.
