Description
A highly trusted brand, Firestone Tires has a full range of long-lasting all-season tires, performance tires, SUV tires, LT tires and winter tires. Firestone Tires are a part of automotive history. From their humble beginnings in 1900 to a brand recognized around the world today, Firestone gained notoriety due to years of work with Ford and other OE manufacturers, imaginative advertising campaigns, reliable products and a winning record on the racetrack. In fact, Firestone has been involved in motorsports since 1911 with the tires first appearance, and win, at the Indianapolis 500. They were also the original supplier for tires on the Ford Model-T. Firestone has now merged with Bridgestone Tires, but continues to make good, solid tires at decent prices, for all types of vehicles. The Firestone Firehawk GT is a performance all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire promotes exceptional all-weather traction. The first-rate dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability is achieved with the silica-based tire compound and the asymmetric dual pattern tread design. Firestone offers a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty with the H and V speed rated tire sizes of this tire model. The Firehawk GT has superb high-speed performance. The tire maintains its optimal shape even under the high-speed driving pressure and prevents deformation. The steel belted construction and the continuous spirally wrapped nylon strands stabilize the structure and ensure a safer driving experience. Standard Mileage Warranty Tire Size: 185/55R15
