Description
Blackhawk Agility UHP AS
OVERVIEW
The Blackhawk Agility UHP AS is a high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles. Blackhawk offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The ideal tread design and the all season compound increase the tire’s traction in dry, wet, and light winter conditions. In other words, the ideal tread pattern generates biting edges to increase road grip, while the silica compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, the circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint. They resist hydroplaning and ensure the tire’s safe performance on wet roads.
This model offers exceptional driving durability. The tread design and the strong structure improve the tire’s high speed performance. The tread eases the pressure off the tire, reducing pressure build-up while the tires are in motion. At the same time, the structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to handle high speed without a problem. This means the tire can safely perform at its best high speed ability.
High speed controllability and maneuvering are promoted with this model. The model’s steering responsiveness and driving stability are guaranteed as a result. On the other hand, the ideal tread elements effectively upgrade cornering and braking. These elements ensure the tire’s exceptional driving safety levels, resulting in a safer driving experience, even at higher speeds.
The Blackhawk Agility UHP AS manages to ensure the passengers’ driving enjoyment. This optimal tread design is able to reduce road and tread noise levels. On the other hand, the rubber compound and the close road contact absorb the shock of driving, which minimizes vibrations felt by the passengers. As a result, the noise and vibrations do not ruin the passengers’ driving enjoyment, promoting a noise- and vibration-free ride.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
