Description
Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard
OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard is a performance and high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles.
The model’s controllability is ensured at all times. A close road contact upgrades steering responsiveness and driving stability. This results in quick and precise steering responses, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Shoulder blocks help to enhance the cornering ability with the use of extra biting edges. This offers great cornering and maneuvering capability.
Excellent year-round traction is provided with this tire. The all season tire compound and the ideal tread pattern increase dry, wet, and winter-weather road grip. The wide circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water from beneath the footprint. The enhanced water dispersing ability and the exceptional all season traction work together to guarantee a safe year-round performance.
The Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard ensures a safe high speed performance. The heat-resistant compound elements work together with the reinforced internal structure to boost its performance. Stronger compound elements prevent heat build-up across the tread area, while the structure does not deform under high speed pressure. As a result, the tire can safely perform during its high speed applications.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
