Description
JK Tyre Elanzo Touring
OVERVIEW
The JK Tyre Elanzo Touring is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. JK Tyre offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire provides excellent all weather traction. The tread design and the all season compound work together to increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread design with the siping detail manages to firmly grip the road surface all year round. On the other hand, the tire compound maintains its optimal shape even in colder temperatures. The wide circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The better hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction guarantee a safer driving experience.
The tread pattern enables the tire to constantly follow the road surface. This eases the driving pressure off the tire and lowers the rolling resistance with it. The rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tires that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire’s motion. The decreased rolling resistance, in this manner, lessens the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, making it more environmentally friendly and fuel efficient. The reduced rolling resistance also manages to slow the tread wear rate down, extending the tire’s usability.
The Elanzo Touring ensures exceptional controllability. The tread’s constant road contact boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, while the increased number of biting edges of the shoulder tread pattern enhance the cornering capability. As a result, the steering is faster and more precise, the tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure, and the cornering and maneuvering ability is secured in all weather.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
