Description
Travelstar Ecosport GT
OVERVIEW
The Travelstar Ecosport GT is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Travelstar offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty for this model.
High speed controllability and maneuvering are promoted with this model. The asymmetric tread pattern improves the tire’s contact with the driving surface. This increases the tire’s steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time becomes quicker and more precise to the driver’s instructions. At the same time, the rounded shoulders offer excellent cornering and maneuvering abilities. These elements enable the driver to have full control over the vehicle and guarantee a safe driving experience.
This model offers exceptional driving durability. High speed durability is ensured with the tire’s heat resistance. This is achieved with the tread design’s even pressure circulation and the durable compound blend. They resist heat build-up along the footprint, while the structure does not deform under high speed pressure. This combination makes sure the tire can securely perform at its utmost high speed capability.
The Travelstar Ecosport GT’s ideal tread design and summer compound offer great summer weather traction. The ideal tread design and the summer compound improve dry and wet grip. In this manner, the ideal tread design closely follows the road in the summer season, while the compound prevents heat build-up in warm temperatures. On the other hand, large circumferential grooves eliminate water from the footprint and prevent hydroplaning.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
